The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of this website and the business relationship between Paula Cosentino (hereinafter referred to as ‘paulabeauty’) and her customers when accessing the website or ordering goods or booking a treatment. The offer on this website is aimed exclusively at customers resident in Switzerland.
A customer is any natural or legal person who maintains a business relationship with us. The general terms and conditions, the terms of delivery and payment and the data protection provisions may be amended from time to time. The operator of this website is Paula Cosentino.

2.Information on this website

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. All details on www.paulabeauty.ch are to be understood as approximate values only and do not represent any assurance of properties or guarantees, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We endeavour to ensure that all details and information on this website are correct, complete and up-to-date, but we cannot provide any express or tacit guarantee in this respect.
All offers on this website are subject to change and are not to be understood as a binding offer. Paulabeauty cannot guarantee that the products listed will be available at the time of ordering. Therefore, all information on availability and delivery times is subject to change at any time and without notice.

3. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted include statutory VAT. Prices are quoted net in Swiss francs (CHF). Unless otherwise stated, any shipping costs will be charged additionally and must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.
All information is non-binding and without guarantee. Errors and changes to products and prices are reserved.

4. Conclusion of contract

The offers on this website represent a non-binding invitation to order products and/or services from us. By clicking on the ‘Send order’ button, a binding order is placed for the goods contained in the shopping basket. By placing an order via this website, including acceptance of these GTCs, a legally binding offer to conclude a contract is made. The warranty conditions of the product manufacturer apply.

We then send an automatic ‘order confirmation’ by email, which confirms that we have received the offer. Orders placed are binding.
If it turns out after the conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, beauty&more is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from a part of the contract. If we have already received the payment, the payment will be refunded. If payment has not yet been made, you will be released from the obligation to pay. Beauty&more cosmetic is not obliged to make a replacement delivery or pay compensation in the event of cancellation of the contract.

5. Payment options

Twint, Revolut or cash is accepted for treatments of all kinds. Subscriptions or discounts must be paid for in advance.
All products must be paid for directly, otherwise they will not be dispatched. Payment can be made by Twint or credit card (MasterCard & VISA). The delivered products remain the property of Paulabeauty until full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery is usually made by post after receipt of the order.

7. Right of Return

We grant a voluntary return guarantee totalling 14 days from receipt of the goods. It is possible to withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt (the period begins on the day the goods are received). This is provided that the goods are complete and in their original packaging and are in an unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

8. Refund

No claims for reimbursement can be made for treatments carried out if you are not satisfied with the result.

9. Non-deliverable Articles

If an item is not available, we undertake to inform our customers immediately of the unavailability and to refund any payments received without delay.

10. Disclaimer

Paulabeauty excludes all liability and all types of claims for damages. In particular, we are not liable for indirect damages and consequential damages, loss of profit or other personal injury, property damage and pure financial losses of the customer. We reserve the right to further mandatory statutory liability, for example for gross negligence or unlawful intent.

11. External links

Paulabeauty has no influence on the content published by linked websites. Any liability for incorrect and/or illegal information and actions is excluded.

12. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is 6032 Emmen , insofar as the law does not provide for any mandatory places of jurisdiction.
